Theres no step by step method to install sMIUI 6.1.28
Can anyone plz tell me the step by step method?
Like we have to upgrade to 5.12.28 and all but how?
And does 6.1.28 sMIUI have GAPPs ?

What device you have ? And what ROM ?

5.12.28 is one month older than 6.1.28 because 6 is year 2016, 1 is month and 28 is date of realized ROM
All they have gapps at least minimum
