How to install ADBlocking_HYBRID_26March2014_CWM.zip

This file must install in recovery, but now I have no option for this, only update.zip I can install?

You have "_CWM" in this file name... this means this package is for CWM recovery.
Xiaomi default recovery accepts only update.zip (with proper structure). But you can rename the file and try it.

But the easiest method is just to push this files (from inside this zip) into phone memory via "adb push".
