HOW TO INSTALL LATEST REDMI NOTE 10 ROM(12.0.11)

I have downloaded the latest xiaomi.eu ROM for Redmi Note 10 (12.0.11). Please help to install for first time. This doesn't have fastboot install option.
Please help as I'm new to this.
