I'm on viper os right now and can I just wipe system data cache using twrp and install it without bricking phone

Do a titanium backup
Install clean rom after all wipes
Then restore with titanium

That's right. The backup creation process is up to you and you can install this rom from TWRP like you said. Be carerful when downloading the rom for the correct variant (Snapdragon or Mediatek)
