How to install Xiaomi.EU ROM on Redmi Note 9 Pro Max (Excalibur) ???

Hi people, thanks for read.
Im new with this phone. I have the global version (I think) of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max 6/64 Excalibur.
Bootloader Unlocked and stock ROM, just rooted patching boot.img with magisk.
Android 11 - MIUI GLobal 12.0.4.0 RJZMIIXM

I want to install this ROM:
xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9ProMax_V12.0.4.0.QJXINXM_v12-10

But the tutorial is old, i cant find .bat for first install, and I dont know how to flash the newone:

forget the old thread.
Just grab TWRP for your phone model.
flash it or boot it in fastboot mode.
then install your rom and format data.
Nothing special, nothing difficult.
note: if you have Magisk you may have TWRP already......

I dont have TWRP, just MIUI recovery v5.0. But now i go to flash OrangeFox, its ok?
Then flashing the rom, what are the steps to formats/wipes?
