How to lower notification priorities?

I used to be able to do that. Like for the mi fit icon, I long presser the notification, then went to settings and there was an option to lower the priority so it didn't show in the status bar but only showed If I swiped down. Now I can't find that option anymore.. I'm on the latest 12.0.7.0

I've had the same issue when upgrading to the first Android 11 beta of MIUI. Seems like it's still not "fixed" (not a bug apparently).
