How to make my own MIUI ROM or contribute to miuiandroid.com?

I want to make my own MIUI ROM with OTA update with a custom kernel for the Nexus S

Now I wonder how languages are added how that is done and how to change the OTA server. I don't have much time to program things but I hope I can do it nicely.

You might want to look here it's the MiuiAndroid GitHub, if I'm not mistaking, MarkHuk should receive credits for it
Here is also a small guide, but as you said, without much time it can be difficult, translating everything yourself..
