How To Replace The Chinese Miui With Global One?

My device is Redmi note 3 Pro, with a Qualcomm 650 chip in it, currently I'm using Chinese stable MIUI 7.5, but I want to experience full GMS by flash a new ROM.
Here is the detail of my Redmi Note 3 Pro.

If you want the official global stable rom, download it from en.miui.com and select the update package from updater app and wait for it to complete.
Simple as that.
