How to setup VoIP or SIP for Redmi 6?

I just got the Redmi 6 and I would like to setup voice over IP or SIP.
In the settings I can find the "SIM card settings" and there is an option to activate data connections for the second SIM card while using VoLTE.
But where can I setup the VoLTE?

Thanks. The code activates VoLTE. So far so good.
But where can I enter my SIP account data?
