I have china dev. latest rom,
How can i set wallpaper calouser to change my photos from phone..

In my ignorance, I would flash again the rom.
For set corrousel, if you wake up the screen you will find on right up corner a kind of flower that you can manage your carrousel photos.

Try this: go to settings/wallpapers/ then make enable carrousel wallpapers.
If don't works your ROM it's different from mine and sorry I don't know how help you more...
