How To Update Mi Note Pro To Latest Version?

Hi all,
My mi note pro is on version 7.2.9 beta. It has started behaving abnormally and I want to update to the latest version. How do I do that? I shall be thankful to you.

I am pretty new to this but this is steps I followed:

1. I unlocked my device http://en.miui.com/unlock/index_en.html
2. then I used correct TWRP for my phone and steps from http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=135019 to temporarily start TWRP
3. copied weekly correct zip for my phone to my phone
4. install in TWRP and selected zip
5. Phone started updated.

I successfully installed an old ROM version 5.11.26 |Beta and twrp. After that I wanted to install the latest stable version after doing wipe. But unfortunately my device went into bootloop.
I again revived it now.
I want to install a stable ROM because I want to donate it to my brother and he is not able to do weekly updates.
Can you help me how to install a stable Chinese ROM?
The phone is asking me that update for version 6 weekly is available but I don't want to install weekly.
I shall be thankful for further help.
