How To Update To Miui 9?

hello friends. i use eu v8.5 stable rom on my mi5x and want to update to eu v9 stable with miui9. twrp installed and rooted. how to do without loosing my data and apps? thanks

Download rom, go to TWRP wipe cache and dalvik, install new rom, wipe cache and dalvik restart.

No need to root
