How to use Xiaomi 14 without entering the SIM card PIN

After restarting the Xiaomi 14 (with a physical SIM), it seems impossible to use the phone without entering the SIM PIN.

After the reboot, the PIN request appears and (apparently) there is no way to bypass the PIN insertion.
The only way to use the phone is to physically remove the SIM.
This is a very disappointing feature as it is not always possible or easy to remove the SIM and I don't want to disable the PIN.

Do you know if there is a method to use the phone without activating the SIM?

It's only once after any reboot, nothing really as it stops anyone else using your SIM. You can turn it off and just use phone lock by going to SIM lock settings and disable it.

I don't use SIM pin, I never have to enter it, so not a rom fault..
