When I download new release, byctwrp what I must wipe , for not cancel my data and apps ?

If you are updating via OTA or download manually you don't need to wipe anything ….if you are a weekly release the install script does that for you...all depends what version you are currently on ...
You can always wipe Dalvik and cache as a safety measure... but not necessary....

I am on last 8.9.6
