htc desire problem

i got an htc desire with miui for a few months now had a few problems but i've fixed them all but now for the last 3-4 weeks i can't connect to google play i got data conection and wifi but i cant connect to google play can anyone help me ?

i am on 2.4.13 already and the google play is still not working , i've checked the superuser status for google play is not limited ....
