Can we use the boot img from the rom now? Has the touch screen driver solved? I'm still using a custom one.

I am using a custom boot img as well because of slightly better performance with better battery life but most of all because of the fast charge option.
So I have no idea if the supplied boot img will work, i guess you just have to try it yourself.

Just out of curiosity, which boot img are you using? I'm using Alex's 1.7.

i'm using 1.5 instead. i have reboot issues with 1.7 plus i don't know how to turn off backlit not. only manage to turn off backlit entirely.

Hmmm might give 1.5 a try then, bln is indeed a bit annoying :)

Been using that 188v4 xm kernel for about a week now and I'm experiencing a weird issue... Sometimes my phone look look lags very much, it looks like it hangs but it's just very slow, like a computer running some very cpu and memory intensive program.
Thing is i didn't change a thing after changing kernels.
Did you experience something similar ? Tried different clockspeeds and governors but no difference...

Edit: back to alex v1.7 and no problems at all...
