HyperOS BL unlock policy

Hello everyone
I've read Xiaomi's new BL unlock instructions, but what makes me concerned is the phrase "Do not use your device for unusual proposes after unlock, this may result in your account being blocked"
I just want to know what's meant by "unusual proposes"?
Does it mean that my Xiaomi account will be blocked if I root my device or install custom roms?

We can't really speak for Xiaomi, but my understanding is that it is more about illegal or immoral activities, not basic use of an unlocked bootloader
