Hyperos service responsible for ringtone management

Hello,
debloated hyperos, but now if i go to ringtones it just shows what is chosen, but i cant get any further to add new or download more.
Though maybe theme manager(com.android.thememanager ) is responsible for that, but after enabling it nothing changed.
