Invalid Hyperos2 crashes and restarting

i installed hyper os for mi13 ultra and once i installed the phone is crashing every 3 mins and restarting by its own and the mic isnt working and everything seems crazy can someone help ?

it gives me system isn't responding notification and then crashes and restarts

could have been worse, at least i didnt set up my account or apps, waiting for file update because ota download stuck at %0 for me
