[HELP] Locked Bootloader on Xiaomi 13 Ultra (CN) - Can't Reinstall Xiaomi.EU or Global ROM

Hi all,
I'm having trouble with my Xiaomi 13, purchased from TradingShenzhen. It came with a xiaomi.eu ROM and an unlocked bootloader.

What I did to finally solve the issues with Revolut and Gpay:

  • Flashed official EEA ROM (OS2.0.105.0.VMCEUXM) using Mi Flash Tool
  • Selected "clean all and lock"
  • After reboot, I got the error:

Current state:

  • Only boots into Fastboot and Recovery
  • Bootloader is locked
  • Error: "Erase is not allowed in Lock State"
  • Android won’t boot
  • I never added a Mi Account, but one might have been linked before (e.g. by the seller). I don't have access to it.

What I’ve tried:

  • TradingShenzhen referred me to ncunlock.com → they can't help without the linked account
  • Mi Unlock Tool doesn't work since no account is linked to the device

Looking for advice:

  • Is there any way to recover or reflash without the original Mi Account?
  • Can EEA ROM be flashed again with locked bootloader?
  • Is EDL flashing possible in this state?

Any help or suggestions what can I do are highly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Did you manage to solve it somehow? I'm in exactly the same situation.

I flashed also the EEA and this is not working with China Xiaomi 13 Ultra. I had the same messages. However after a while even Recovery was not working anymore, just fastboot.

I solved it by paying a service in Asia. They managed to unbrick my device with China ROM (80usd) remotely and then converted it to Global ROM (18usd). Now I have a working phone again with Google Wallet working and OTAs. All in German because it is Global version (Taiwan version).

I will message you @d0d091

Can you please message me too? Thank you!
