i Brick my K30 5g

i have installer TWRp 3.4 on my K30 5G with CN rom, after i have installed for the first time the stable rom for k30 5g whit TWRp, and phone reboot all the time on twrp.

So i do a wipe with TWRp. now it s reboot all the time and when redmi logo appears. i try to re flash the rom with twrp but the phone is crypted and twrp don t ask to enter the code.

What i can do ?
