I cannot backup with any TWRP of my Xiaomi Redmi K20 / Mi 9T.

Good evening, I apologize to the administrators in case there is a specific system for this consultation.
I've been looking before but I can't find a way to fix this problem.

I tried to make a backup of the system from TWRP but it doesn't let me.

The copy starts and immediately stops with this error message:

create tar fork () process ended with error = 255

I have looked in foreign pages especially but the diagnosis is not very clear.

I cannot backup with any TWRP of my Xiaomi Redmi K20 / Mi 9T. I have tried with all the previous ones to the officer and neither does the officer.

I tried it in the internal memory, also in the SD card and neither.
I have also tried to backup DATA only and it also gives the same error.
Finally I tried to do what it says in this video;
