I can't connect MI Smart Band 9 where I connect my MI Scale

I bought the MI BAND 9 but unfortunately I can't connect to Zepp Life where I have the Xiaomi Scale connected.
Will I be forced to return it?
Are there any recent MI Smart Band/Watch that can connect to Zepp Life?
Or do you know of any application where I can connect the MI Smart Band 9 and the Xiaomi Scale?
