I have not received an update to miui 13 and android 12.

Hi, my Xiaomi 11T Pro hasn't received an update to MIUI 13 and android 12. I live in Poland and bought it in a Polish shop. My current MIUI version is 12.5.19 global. Do you have any suggestions what can I do to get the update?
I point out that I don't want to do update by myself.
