I need help to display eSIM option

I bought a Redmi Note 13 Pro, and according to the website, it supports eSIM for the global version. However, after turning on the device, I was surprised that the eSIM management option is not available. What is the solution to make the eSIM option appear?

There are no Xiaomi sites here. Devices with MediaTek SoC are not supported here.

As far as I know only Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G could have eSIM.
