I've ordered a Xiaomi 64GB on Ibuygou on thursday [3 days ago], but they haven't shipped the phone yet. Is that normal?

It's kinda normal, regarding that it was the weekend. They shipped my phone in 3 working days.

UPDATE: Just got my phone shipped a couple of hours ago

Waiting for the delivery, I hope it will be a genuine one, I will write a review later
