I'm in need of help

I accidently formatted my SD and now I can't re-mount it I'm basically stuck does anyone have any info on how I can make so I can get back to being able to use Rom manager?

EDIT: I fixed my problem took me about an hour but I'm back up and running love the rom btw works great!!
