I'm newbie, need some help

I'm newbie at MIUI, so which kernel i can use ( except kernel in file MIUI zip).
And i dont see menu button, so how can i show apps list?

Kernels are dependent on phone. That question is to broad.

There is no app-drawer in MIUI. The homescreen is where all apps are dropped. Like an iPhone.

If you delete an app you won't find it anymore. To having it back you should reinstall it. As iBot said, there's no app drawer, the icons in the the home are the actual applications, not direct accesses.

About the kernel I would say you'll have a rough time trying to put a custom kernel into the MI-One MIUI but what I know... Wait for the iBot answer.
