Is it posible and safe to install Indian Rom on Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro CN version without BL unloked using MiFlashTool?

If posible,
could be ask for the unlock from the Indian Rom?

Not sure because of area lock. But with MIFLASH you can try it. MIFLASH has feature that reject or accept according to XIAOMI rules.
DON'T do it with TWRP!

DO NOT try to flash the Indian ROM on the Chinese variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro without unlocking the bootloader first. It will brick your device. Xiaomi has disabled the option to flash a Global ROM on a China variant and vice-versa. Technically the Indian ROM is very much like a Global ROM. I don't really see how it differs from a true Global ROM since it has everything a Global ROM usually has except some minor differences perhaps.

If you really want the Indian ROM on the China variant of the RN7Pro then you MUST unlock the bootloader first!

By the way, many people on the Indian forums are complaining about the lag issues in video recording. I must say I don't have this issue on the MIUI China Stable ROM (10.2.6.0). Except for slow-motion video where indeed the video starts to lag badly after 5 minutes of recording. But other than that, it seems the China ROM is much more stable in the camera department. But I don't understand why the Indian developers don't borrow code from the Chinese developers and vice-versa in order to speed up the bug fixing process...

I already did, and installed the global violet rom_indi using the PC and My Flash.exe, everything is perfect, it's fine, but it does not have the dark mode, but everything is perfect and has almost all languages. the perfect coverage and 4G in Spain , has the google and the Play store integrated and running

whatever your bootloader situation is, you can flash with official MIFLASH. This tool will do what is acceptable from XIAOMI side and reject what is forbidden before going in trouble.

Yeah it's working people are doing it, you cannot relock bootloader because it could brick your phone, don't try it

Qual link você usou para instalar a ROM global no seu celular?
Eu comprei a versão chinesa do RN7 Pro e preciso instalar o Rom global, porque minha língua nativa é o português.

So kept the CN but since MIUI 12.5 blocking GApps I'm forced to Flash, then I'll try the Indian.

Maybe I'll go to the EU in the future.


I'll unbind from the Mi Account before.

Did you logout the Mi Account before BL unlock?

Those who made the change, CN ---> IN, did you restore the Mi Cloud Backup or Local Backup?
