install eea rom on my note 8t locked boot?

Soon finally i can start up the phone again (seurity bootlocked phone) and must the install a new miui rom on it from fastboot...phone has locked bootloader (the phone is in original mode)

i am a noob on this..MUST i unlock the bootloader????

please tell me how to do this fastboot flashing

Yes, before doing any flashing and modifications, you MUST UNLOCK the bootloader
