Install Official Rom

Hello

I want to install the global official rom, I am from Spain and I want to have it instead of it isnt in spanish. The problem is when I am going to select the location for miui that it doesnt appear Spain or Europe.
What can I do? Is it doesnt matter?

Install the EU version.

I have the 5.10.22 Beta and it is in spanish.
