Installation Android 7 Mi4c

The installation by the old version TWRP 3.0.2.0 libra is practically well done.
I noticed two errors when decompressing the image multi_MI4c_7.2.9_v8-7.0
At reboot, everything was fine.
First problem: lap er the old TWRP 3.0.2.0 libra.
Unable to reinstall.
Unable to install TWRP libra 7.
The "downloading" is ok. To "booting" message "Failed <remote: unlock device to use this command>"
TWRP 7 did not install.

Now I no longer have any data link between MI4C and my computers. Only the photo exchange works.

When exchanging SMS, the MI4C heats up enormously. The battery consumption is very excessive.

Its not locked. Download the MI FLASH app. Install from there. And then repeat all the custom rom installation process again

Sorry but my battery only holds for half a day. If I want to load it via the USB cable on my computer, the battery will discharge.
In phone or SMS usage, the processor overheats. All these problems did not happen with the old Android.

I have unlocked Mi4c, TWRP 3.x, xiaomi.eu weekly 6.10.13.

What is the best way to install the android 7 based ROM ?

clean install via TWRP ( wipe everything and install from phone storage ) ?
