Installing eu rom using TWRP now that 3.7.0 is out?

So with the release of twrp 3.7.0 it brought android 12 support, which includes alioth aka k40 or f3, can someone make / or show me if its already done, how to install eu rom on poco f3 using twrp, as all i found was the fastboot method, and i want the ota updates.

Could you expain the difference between these two? Both are downloaded from the same site, butfrom different leading links.

TWRP for android 12 is available since long time..
I recommend using TWRP by skkk.

So using the first time link, when i ran RUN_TWRP.bat, the twrp on my phone showed up as chinese..?
