The keybox you use was shadow revoked (for now, until it gets properly revoked, any time soon). That's not a bug but on purpose by Google and has nothing to do with your Play Integrity app checker

Need
1. root manager: Apatch or Kernelsu or KernelSu Next or SukuSu or Magisk (to mouch problem) (choose only one)
2. Play integrity fix or Play integrity fork or Play Integrity fix inject (best by now, tick also spoof google play)
3. ZygiskNext or Rezygisk or some zygisk modul
4. Tricky Store and Tricky Store Add on
After you finish install everything, reboot
After you Start Play Integrity module and get new PIF, then start Tricky store, reboot
Then Test

I have been dealing with A LOT of phones (POCO, Redmi, OnePlus, Motorola) lately, Pokemon Go players want the 3 integrity checks so badly... Whatever, the thing IS, you have to test different modules for each phone ultil you get Strong Integrity, you can't use the same method that worked for one phone and expect it works on other model/brand/phone, too, what a shame, actually, but it is what it is.
I have some suggestions, though, hope some of them help you to get Strong Integrity "easily".
- Forget about Magisk, I can't stress this enough, move on to KernelSU Next/Wild KSU + susfs, Magisk is practically Google's property at this point.
- Use WildKernels, it will make your "3 checks" journey a little easier, you can get it for your device here. Make sure to read this to know what kernel version to flash on your device.
- Get Wild KSU manager, the spoofed ver would be ideal so you don't worry about "hiding" the manager.
- If you're "migrating" from Magisk to KSU, be sure to flash stock "init_boot.img" after flashing a kernel in order to avoid conflicts (so you can flash modules in KSU). I do it usually like this, first I download fatalcoder524's Kernel Flasher, grant it root permissions in Magisk, then flash a GKI kernel from WildKernels, next I reboot to fastboot and flash stock init_boot, reboot to your system and you should not have any problems with modules in KSU.

Hey, sincec July once a month (now it's second time) Google Pay stops working agaiin after using this method. Is this normal, and is there a way to not make it pernament? It is litlle bit annoing.

This is normal and there is no way to permanently fix it.

Thanks. Should I now make all procedure again or just one step is needed? Im trying to fix is as east as possible and don't want to clear all google pay and store services.

Can you give step-by-step installation for SukiSU Ultra? I used aPatch before where you could easily flash boot.img (Xiaomi 15 ultra latest EU Rom). Which worked flawless (except for the GPAY haha), however installation method seems different for SukiSU?
I have de-installed Apatch and I need to start from scratch (EU Rom with unlocked bootloader)
When installing APK It says not installed -> LKM Repair/installation
But I can't select one of the files: boot.img - init_boot.img or vendor_boot.img
If you want to go back to stock, that's of course not a single step. You must download the official firmware, flash (it will include a Factory reset - without, don't expect the switch would work smoothly). Besides, re-locking Bootloader by Bootloader itself forces a Factory reset - if you try to relock BL before switching to the stock/official ROM, it will (in the best case and if you are lucky) fail, or that will brick the phone and then your real troubles will just start - would you then try to play on your Guarantee in your local Xiaomi service shop, or would you need to find somebody on the Net who can fix the phone by a registered EDL account (you'll have to pay in advance to some PayPal account, and they need to connect remotely, from who-knows-where to your PC, and gain the remote access to your drivers and everything)
Hence decide, do you want now to learn something more (about rooting, installing required modules, finding and installing the prints and keyboxes - and to carry about when you will have to renew them, possibly will need to switch to the new/better modules for hiding the root and spoofing Play Integrity when the old ones stop working) or you want to give up and switch back to the official Xiaomi ROM (in that case you must also re-lock the BL bcs Google will still detect that BL is unlocked, Device will show as not certified and Wallet will not work without the root, modules, prints and keyboxes)
It's a homework to investigate and think about before unlocking the Bootloader and installing a custom ROM
