Installing Xiaomi drivers for PC.

1. Download Miflash to PC
2, unzip the file into a folder
3, run Miflash "XiaoMiFlash.exe"

4, connect the device to the PC in fastboot mode (hold the "Volume Down and Power" buttons at the same time)
5, click the "drivers" box
6, click install

7, done

If the drivers were installed correctly and you connect the device to the PC in fastboot mode, you should see this in the "device manager":

From my experience, the only instance where external driver is required is for Fastboot.
The required driver can be fetched from here.
