New Interactive Shell asking root permission??? S2 3.4.18

Anyone know what is "interactive shell" and why it keeps asking for root permission?? Is it a virus???

It's not a virus for sure.
Although I don't know what causes it I had it too on my I9100 a few times back on MIUI V4.
I always got it when I ran out of RAM
