Guys, I am on stock rom

When USB debugging is on, my computer says its redmi k20 pro, but when it is off, it is mi 9t pro

is this normal?

It's all ok.
K20 pro and Mi9T pro is the same phone. If you flash MIUI Eu for example, your Mi9T device will turn into a K20 pro (bootscreen with Redmi Logo, name on specs/config and everything) and all will work normally. On this case, really, is just a name.

My concern is the band 20 and 28 might not work because it become k20 pro. Does it?

NO RISK!
If you bought a MI9T official it has all the Euro LTE band and they will stay after any other custom rom install.
Hopefully!
Don't mind Redmi logo!
