Internet-3g Problem

Hi, I have flashed the last miui 8, after some days , the internet from sim stop working , i have tried to flash the last stable rom but problem persist.
In status bar near operator name i have the 3g label but internet not working.
Someone here with same problem?

I'm from Italy and may operator is Wind.

My daughter has provider Tim nano Sim after disabled Sim 1 Micro sim 4g is working. With both sim activated only 2g.
