Is it normal to not have Mi Unlock Status on the Xiaomi.eu ROM

I wanted to install Evolution X on my phone and it was no success so I came back on the xiaomi.eu rom but in the dev settings I don't see any Mi Unlock Status and my Xiaomi Account was not automatically connected to my phone, is that dangerous for, for exemple, a future update (with fastboot)
