Is it possible to downgrade latest XIAOMI.EU Beta (Android 10) to Stable (Android 9)?

because the popular camera app from Google doesn't work with Android 10 and we are not allowed to talk about this here - can i downgrade my Mi Max 3 with Antirollback Protection from MIUI 11 (20.1.16 Android 10) to MIUI 11 (Stable Android 9)?
