Is it possible to go back to MIUI stock?

Basically, I want to go back to the stock version of miui, and if possible also eliminating TWRP, I am a somewhat basic user so I prefer to resort to as much help as possible.
I think this would be easier if not because I have the EU version MIUI 12.1.1 (MI 9T davinci), which includes android 11, while the global version goes for 12.0.7 and I think it runs on android 10, what should I do? where to start?

Thanks for the reply and for the information, but how is that what Im looking for? I mean, these guides are to people that have stock MIUI already

Guide 2 is for Fastboot, the method you need..
Recovery is just the update, and installing by Fastboot it flashes the full ROM to stock factory mode
