Is it possible to restore backups made in MIUI stock (from Google or Xiaomi Cloud) on Xiaomi.EU?

Hi all:

Is it possible to restore backups (from Google or Xiaomi Cloud) on Xiaomi.EU? I am new to these issues, but Ithink not because, recently, I have installed from EU and it has not allowed me. This is so? I come from MIUI 12.5.7 to MIUI 13.0.2 (I think) from the Xiaomi.EU.
