Is there any way to import Mi Wallet to EU rom?

I think the RFID card emulate function is really useful, but EU rom deleted it from China rom.
I tried some method such as export it from China rom, and flash it to EU rom in TWRP, but it failed.
Is there any way to import it?

I tried this one before, but this one can not emulate any RFID card.
