Is This A 1s? Is This A Note? Please Help Me Identify The Phone.

A friend ordered a Note. When it arrived, on the About Device it says it an HM NOTE 1S CMCC

Inside the phone (when you remove the battery ) it says it is a TD LTE.

I would like to update the ROM, but I am not sure what phone this is. Is it a Note? Is it a 1S?

If you can help, please let me know.

Lol if it says HM Note 1S then... this is Note 1S. Where's the problem?
