Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with reactivating my mobile SIM card on my Xiaomi 13 Pro (China version) and would appreciate any help or advice. After deactivating my SIM card, I’ve been unable to reactivate it because the system thinks my device supports eSIM, and therefore, it won’t allow me to reactivate the physical SIM.

That eSIM screen did not just appear by itself, you did something to "unlock" it.

True, I locked the activation of the second SIM card to cancel the service from it, and I wanted to reactivate it, but I could not. The device started telling me that I needed to activate the esim

Anyway, I couldn't receive calls, which prompted me to completely reformat the device to solve the problem.

I was looking for the `Google serup` that comes at the beginning of new device activation that tells you which SIM card you want to call from and which SIM card the internet is through. I thought it would reactivate the SIM card.

The topic is currently to improve the system and to have a solution if I forget and cancel the activation of the chip again

All of the eSIM settings are not visible unless you have the Global model, or you're using some module that spoofs the device as being a Global model.

Nothing has been modified in the system.
