I am trying to upgrade from the previous weekly build, but I'm getting an error:

Already tried with another cable...

Currently, the phone will start booting and somewhere in the bootloader stage, it'll reboot to fastboot.
Any ideas?

Here's what you can try:

1) Install Xiaomi drivers: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/problems-with-updating.61957/post-616357

2) Use another USB port (it is preferable to use USB 2.0 port than USB 3.0)

Hi, In the meantime, I downgraded to the previous version of ROM, and it works, so I don't think phone or my PC is to blame.

I've already installed these Xiaomi drivers recently, so that shouldn't be the problem.
I believe there are no USB 2.0 ports on my laptop computer

Can we draw any conclusions based on the fact that reflashing the previous ROM version went well on the first try?
