I have a brand new mi6, roughly 2 months of use.
When I first had it, my IR blaster worked as usual, and mi remote was just perfect for me. But then I installed a custom ROM, and the IR blaster stopped working.
The phone never fell off my hands, always used a thick cover, that's why I can't believe it could be a hardware problem, plus the fact it stopped working when I uninstalled the ROM it came with.
I could still see the IR light coming out using another camera, but after some updates it's just off.
My question is if I can install some mod or a kernel to see if I can force start IR blaster or something.
