New LAG LAG only MIUI JB

my phone (Incredible S) have problem with ALL jb . my problem is TOCH (scrool on gallery . contact number . and every scorol bar.
for example
why this problem only with JB android. and not this problem on ics android

I couldn't agree more. There is quite a lot of lag in MIUI and it's only been a problem since they went from ICS to JB. Not yet had a single developer or MIUI representative just admit this is a problem on all devices apart from the MI devices or even a note to say they are looking in to it.

I have stayed away from MIUI almost entirely because of this as it takes away so much of the enjoyment of using the ROM.

I am using an i9300 as well, a very fast phone.
