I choose english but still in chinese in theme selection and ringtones. (public.. local ..) .

Search in MIUI options? It's quite easy, easier and faster than writing posts and waiting for replies.

Settings - Apps - Themes - Clear app data....

Well, i made a comment about same problem...cleaning data of Theme App solves temporarily ...

Soon this issue will be back. It seems a bug really.
