Hello, guys,

My laptop doesn't want to recognize a smart-phone, I can't see it even in portable devices in Device Manager. But when I reboot to a TWRP the phone goes into MTP itself and I can move files etc.
(The interesting thing is that the phone came from Aliexpress with a preinstalled 8.1.15 Global Stable Rom, everything worked excellent.)

I will appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance. :)

When you plug in the USB connector you should See a notification that the phone is in charging mode. Tap on that notification and switch to mtp mode.

Yes, you are right, but the case is that I don't have this notification. I also tried to install drivers on Windows through wpdmtp.inf file, I tried to download different external apps from play store. But the situation is the same - laptop doesn't recognize the phone as any portable device.
:)

Please check in Windows device manager if the driver is working correctly.
If not right click on driver, select update driver, search on Computer for driver, select choose from list. Go to portable devices and select some mtp device driver.
Perhaps the points have other names - I am german and tried to translate.
